on the subject of the discharge
at Larseilles of a consignment of tin shirped by the 8.5. "Fushimi Maru" I am directed by the Aubber & Tin Exports Committee to state, for the information of Mr. Secretary Bonar Law, that they wrote to Messrs. H.R.Merton & Co. Ltd. and to the Shipping Company (Nippon Yusen Kaisha) as suggested in the second paragraph of that letter, and I am to forward herewith a copy of the reply which
has been received from the parties referred to. The
Committee will be much obliged if Mr. Bonar Law will be so good as to inform them what action he wishes to be
taken in the matter.
